The upcoming Hollywood film, Jurassic World Rebirth, is set to have its Hindi premiere at Raj Mandir Cinema in Jaipur. This marks the first time a Hollywood film premiere is being held at the iconic theater. The premiere of Jurassic World Rebirth at Raj Mandir will be held on Thursday, July 3.

Typically, Hollywood film premieres in India take place in elite multiplexes in Mumbai, making this event a departure from the norm. The decision to host the premiere in Jaipur reflects a strategy to connect with a broader audience and acknowledge the franchise's history with Hindi-dubbed versions.

The first film in the series, Jurassic Park (1994), was the first Hollywood film dubbed in Hindi. This experiment proved successful, drawing in a substantial audience from B and C centers who typically did not watch English films. Jurassic Park became a blockbuster, earning approximately Rs. 7.50 crores, which was a significant amount at the time, and paved the way for dubbed Hollywood films in the Indian market. Since then, the Jurassic series films have consistently performed well in dubbed formats.

Universal's decision to host the premiere in Jaipur is a tribute to the franchise's widespread appeal. Raj Mandir, a well-known single-screen cinema in Jaipur, is an ideal location for honoring the mass audience's support of the franchise.

Denzil Dias, VP and Managing Director, India, Warner Bros. Pictures, stated that the company is excited to bring this event to Jaipur. He added that the Hindi premiere of Jurassic World Rebirth celebrates the legacy of Jurassic Park and the progress of Hindi-dubbed Hollywood films.

In addition to the location, the film's team will screen the Hindi-dubbed version instead of the original English version at the premiere. Legendary dubbing director Ashim Samanta will be honored for his 31-year legacy.

Jurassic World Rebirth is scheduled to be released worldwide on July 4. The movie will be released in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. The cast includes Scarlett Johansson, Mahershala Ali, Jonathan Bailey, Rupert Friend, and Manuel Garcia-Rulfo. Gareth Edwards is the director, with Frank Marshall and Patrick Crowley as producers. David Koepp is the writer, and Steven Spielberg is the executive producer.
