Priyanka Chopra recently shared a glimpse of the "Quantico" Season 1 script, sparking a wave of nostalgia among her fans. The actress, who gained significant recognition for her role as Alex Parrish in the American thriller drama series, took to social media to express her sentiments.

"Quantico," created by Joshua Safran, aired on ABC from September 27, 2015, to August 3, 2018, spanning three seasons with a total of 57 episodes. The show centered on a group of FBI recruits, one of whom was Alex Parrish (played by Priyanka Chopra), who becomes a prime suspect in a terrorist attack on Grand Central Terminal. The series employed two timelines: the present, where Parrish is on the run to prove her innocence, and the past, showcasing their training at the FBI Academy.

Chopra's casting in "Quantico" was a significant step in her career, marking her entry into American television. She saw the role as an opportunity to represent South Asia and challenge Indian stereotypes in Hollywood. According to Chopra, she wanted a role that would put her in the same position that she holds in India. She aimed to break barriers and showcase a character that wasn't a stereotypical portrayal of an Indian Bollywood actor.

The first season of "Quantico" received positive reviews, with critics praising Chopra's performance. Review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes reported an 82% approval rating, with the consensus that "Quantico" offered "ludicrously entertaining thrills from a well-balanced cast".

However, the series also faced its share of controversies. In 2018, Chopra apologized for a "Quantico" storyline that involved Indian terrorists attempting to frame Pakistan for an attack in New York. The episode caused backlash, with many criticizing the portrayal. Chopra clarified that it was not her intention to hurt sentiments and emphasized her pride in being Indian. ABC also issued a statement clarifying that Chopra neither created, wrote, nor directed the show and should not be the target of criticism aimed at the storyline.

Despite the controversies, "Quantico" remains a significant part of Priyanka Chopra's career. The show not only showcased her acting skills but also paved the way for more diverse representation in American television. The series' success also boosted Chopra's international popularity, making her a recognizable face worldwide.
