Actress Parul Gulati is celebrating the re-release of her film, Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2, expressing immense excitement for its return to theaters on January 9, 2026. The Anukalp Goswami directorial, which initially premiered on December 12, 2025, faced stiff competition from other releases like Dhurandhar, but is now getting a second chance on the big screen.
Gulati, who made her theatrical debut with this film, described the re-release as a "double bonus" and the "most beautiful New Year gift". She conveyed feeling incredibly blessed and grateful for the love the film has received, calling it a "one-of-a-kind experience" to have her debut theatrical project celebrated twice in cinemas.
Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 is a sequel to the 2015 film Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon. The movie revolves around Mohan Sharma (played by Kapil Sharma), who mistakenly marries three women of different religions while trying to marry his childhood sweetheart. The film explores the ensuing chaos and comedy. The cast includes Hira Warina, Tridha Choudhury, Manjot Singh and Ayesha Khan.
The film's producer, Ratan Jain, announced the re-release on January 1, 2026, sharing the update on Instagram with the caption: “Laughter comes home with this Family Entertainment Reunion #KisKiskoPyaarKaroon2 In cinemas 09.01.26".
Gulati has also appeared in series such as P.O.W. – Bandi Yuddh Ke, Selection Day, and Girls Hostel. She is set to appear alongside Divyendu and Barun Sobti in the upcoming show Donali, directed by E Niwas, which also stars Chunky Pandey and Yashpal Sharma.
Despite the initial competition affecting its box office performance, Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 is getting another opportunity to connect with audiences. During its initial run, the film earned ₹11.9 crore in India net collection, ₹14 crore in India gross, and ₹1.75 crore in overseas earnings, bringing its worldwide gross to ₹15.75 crore.
