Akansha Ranjan Kapoor is showering praise on her "Guilty" co-star, Kiara Advani, revealing the special bond they formed on set. In recent interviews, Akansha has described Kiara as a constant source of support and warmth, particularly during Akansha's early days in the industry.

Akansha made her Bollywood debut in the 2020 Netflix film "Guilty," which also starred Kiara Advani in a central role. Reflecting on that time, Akansha shared that Kiara's kindness and nurturing presence made her feel at ease amidst the initial buzz and uncertainty surrounding the film. Akansha fondly recalls how Kiara's approachable demeanor and genuine warmth helped her navigate the challenges of being a newcomer. Despite the success of "Kabir Singh," Kiara remained grounded and made everyone feel comfortable on set.

According to Akansha, Kiara had a unique way of being both playful and maternal. She described Kiara as a "mother figure" who "almost killed me with kindness—but in the nicest way!". Akansha elaborated that Kiara would playfully tease her, but always offered encouragement and support. She emphasized that Kiara consistently showered her with compliments and warmth, which fostered a close friendship between them.

Akansha expressed immense admiration for Kiara, stating that Kiara "would just make you feel at home." Akansha emphasized how their bond grew stronger during filming, ultimately turning into a beautiful friendship rooted in mutual respect and genuine affection. This bond, Akansha explains, was a natural consequence of Kiara's lovely nature towards everyone.

Beyond "Guilty," Akansha has been steadily building her career with roles in projects like "Ray" and "Monica, O My Darling." She is currently gearing up for the release of "Gram Chikitsalay," a project that blends humor with heartfelt storytelling and features a talented ensemble cast. Akansha plays Dr. Gargi in the rural comedy. While anticipating audience reactions to "Gram Chikitsalay", Akansha was struck by an unexpected comment from a casting director amidst the positive feedback and online memes, highlighting audience acceptance of her role. The casting director had said, '"Who cast you for this? I wouldn't have even thought of you for such a role.'

In addition to her upcoming role in "Gram Chikitsalay," Akansha is also set to appear in "Jigra," scheduled for release later this year. She debuted down south in CV Kumar's "Maaya One", the sequel to his 2017 film "Maayavan". Akansha took Telugu classes to prepare for the role.

Meanwhile, Kiara Advani and her husband, Sidharth Malhotra, recently announced that they are expecting their first child, sharing the joyous news on their social media.
