The Raja Saab, starring Prabhas, is in its final stages of filming. The team is currently in Greece to shoot the remaining two songs. This overseas schedule marks the only international leg of the film's production. Principal photography has primarily taken place in India, with elaborate sets constructed in Hyderabad. Prabhas joined the Greece schedule on Tuesday.
People Media Factory, the film's production house, announced the Greece schedule on social media, stating, "Rebel Star is painting Greece in his colors of glory. Team #TheRajaSaab has kickstarted a new schedule with two chartbuster songs crafted to shake the nation".
The viral video reveals Prabhas learning the steps for one of the songs. Another glimpse shows Prabhas energetically dancing in white trousers and colorful jackets. One of the songs being filmed in Greece is a melody featuring Nidhhi Agerwal, composed by Thaman S. Following this, the team will shoot a mass number featuring the film's three female leads.
The Raja Saab is slated for a Sankranthi release on January 9. The film is a horror thriller directed by Maruthi. The movie has already completed all action and dialogue scenes. The recently released trailer has further heightened anticipation among fans. The trailer offers a blend of spine-tingling horror and humor. Prabhas is seen fighting ghosts and ghouls in a haunted mansion.
The film features a total of four songs, with two already filmed. One of the songs is reportedly an introduction song and is expected to be released on October 23, coinciding with Prabhas's birthday. The film's cast includes Sanjay Dutt, Boman Irani, Malavika Mohanan, Nidhhi Agerwal, and Riddhi Kumar. TG Vishwa Prasad and Krithi Prasad are producing the film.
With the completion of the Greece schedule, The Raja Saab is expected to wrap up production by the end of October. Prabhas will then move on to his next project, Spirit.
