She has appeared in several commercially successful films, earning praise for her acting skills and versatility. Some of her notable works in Telugu cinema include "Oohalu Gusagusalade," "Supreme," and "Venky Mama." In Tamil, she has starred in films like "Imaikkaa Nodigal" and "Thiruchitrambalam." In 2024, she starred in "Aranmanai 4".

In addition to her acting career, Khanna has also showcased her vocal talents by singing a few songs in different languages. She has also appeared in web series such as "Rudra: The Edge of Darkness" and "Farzi."
