Janhvi Kapoor's Intense Gym Session: A Sneak Peek into Her Rigorous Workout Routine for Fitness

Janhvi Kapoor, the Bollywood actress known for her dedication to fitness, has recently shared glimpses of her rigorous workout session, further solidifying her status as a fitness inspiration for many. The actress, who juggles a demanding Bollywood career, consistently carves out time to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.

Kapoor's workout routines are versatile, changing with her movie shoots. While Pilates remains her go-to exercise, she incorporates intense weight training, cardio, yoga, and even dance classes into her regimen. For her role in "Mr & Mrs Mahi," she underwent intensive training, dedicating six hours daily to embody a budding cricketer.

Recently, Kapoor offered a glimpse into her training sessions on Instagram, motivating her followers to take their fitness seriously. The video showcased a range of full-body exercises at a gym facility. She captioned the video "Rise and grind". Her workout included battling ropes, ball slams, dumbbell lunges, and seated cable rows. She also displayed her strength with mountain climbers, barbell hip thrusts, and pull-ups. She also incorporated cardio exercises and weight training into her regimen, including variations of weight lunges to tone leg muscles and hamstrings. Push-up variations for arm strength and rowing for back muscle power were also part of the routine. Squats, a staple exercise, were included with the added challenge of dumbbells for glute activation. The session concluded with ball-aided Russian twists and treadmill runs.

Janhvi is a regular at celebrity trainer Namrata Purohit's Pilates studio. Videos from her classes often feature friction training through exercises like squats with sideward leg movements, mountain climbers, and half push-ups on the reformer. Yoga is another important part of her fitness journey, involving intense stretches for both workout and relaxation.

Strength training is also key, with Kapoor sharing videos of rigorous exercises followed by HIIT cardio. These often include lunges with weights, squats, pushups, kettlebell training, and shoulder pulls, finished off with treadmill rounds. Kapoor's dedication serves as a reminder that staying active and healthy is achievable with consistent effort and a varied workout plan.
