Archana Puran Singh and Parmeet Sethi reside in a lavish bungalow in Madh Island, Mumbai, a serene retreat away from the city's hustle and bustle. Valued at approximately ₹12 crore in 2025, the 5-bedroom bungalow is more like a holiday residence with its blend of luxury, functionality, and natural elements.
The couple chose Madh Island to provide a peaceful environment for their children. Archana had to convince Parmeet to purchase two bungalows initially, as she wanted their home to have six to seven large rooms instead of just three. They later acquired a third bungalow at a higher price due to increasing property values in the area. Archana revealed she got the first bungalow "cheap". Parmeet humorously threatened to "divorce" her during the initial purchase.
The bungalow features a blend of modern and rustic design elements. Crisp white walls, exposed brick textures, wooden accents, and metallic design elements create a warm and sophisticated interior. The living room combines white and black interiors, featuring a grey sofa with a center table and a peach L-shaped sofa with a white center table. Vintage chandeliers and black vintage fans add a mix of modern and vintage charm. Plants, paintings, and vases add artistic touches, while a piano enhances the room's elegance.
The bungalow has a grand entrance with a chandelier, large glass windows, and massive doors that open to the outdoor garden and patio areas. The kitchen features an all-white theme with colorful tiles, reflecting Archana's vibrant personality.
The master bedroom showcases elegance with a soothing pastel color scheme. The room includes a white wicker bed with soft, white cotton linen. Baby pink and white hues are evident in the design, complemented by contemporary furniture, beige curtains, a mirrored closet, and an L-shaped sofa lounge. Archana's bedroom includes a four-poster bed and a vanity room. She keeps a scarf by her pillow to block the sunlight when she wants to sleep in.
One of the five bedrooms belongs to Ayushmaan Sethi and includes a bed, side tables, a large sofa set, and a small attached balcony. The room features cabinets filled with artifacts and toys, a piano, a wall adorned with paintings, a walk-in closet, and a full-length mirror. Another bedroom, belonging to Archana and Parmeet, features white and peach aesthetics, modern peach curtains, a large wardrobe, an L-shaped sofa set, tables, a television, a recliner chair, plants, a king-size bed, a small fridge, a dressing table, a working desk, a small attached balcony, large windows, and a small walk-in wardrobe.
The bungalow boasts a spacious garden with numerous plants and trees, a walkway, a seating area, a swing, and a small pond. There is a sprawling green lawn, perfect for morning and evening walks. Adjacent to the garden is a kitchen garden where Archana cultivates organic vegetables such as tomatoes, brinjal, and capsicum. The backyard features fruit trees, including mango, plum, coconut, and papaya.
The property includes a well-equipped gym. Archana and Parmeet's home also has a dedicated room for their two pets, Patch and Drama, adorned with soft white carpets and grey-pink drapery.
