After years of harmonizing with his brothers, Kevin Jonas is stepping into the spotlight with his debut solo single, "Changing," slated for release on November 20th. The announcement has generated considerable excitement among fans, marking a new chapter for the eldest Jonas brother.
Kevin first showcased "Changing" during select performances on the Jonas20 Tour, where it quickly gained popularity. The song, produced by Mark Schick and Jason Evigan, has already become a highly anticipated moment during the tour since its debut at Fenway Park in August.
The official announcement of the single's release date came during the Jonas Brothers' Samsung TV Plus livestream concert in Orlando on October 26th. The Orlando show also featured guest appearances from Khalid, Sebastian Yatra, and Auliʻi Cravalho. The Samsung TV Plus series has also incorporated FanVote, allowing viewers to select deep-cut tracks for the band to perform live. The final livestream concert will be November 9th in Buffalo, NY.
Shortly after the announcement, Kevin shared a behind-the-scenes glimpse of the single's cover art photoshoot on social media, expressing his gratitude for the support. His wife, Danielle, also shared her support after he debuted the song in August, stating she was brought to tears and was beyond proud of him.
The Jonas Brothers are currently on their "JONAS20: Greetings From Your Hometown Tour," celebrating their 20th anniversary as a band. The tour has included special guest appearances and memorable moments, such as Demi Lovato joining them on stage and a surprise Fifth Harmony reunion. Due to high demand, they've added a second show at the Prudential Center in Newark. In addition to the tour, the Jonas Brothers are releasing a new Christmas album featuring eight new tracks.
While fans eagerly await the official release of "Changing" on November 20th, videos of Kevin's live performances have already circulated online. The single marks a significant milestone for Kevin Jonas, who has been an integral part of the Jonas Brothers' legacy for two decades.
