Six years after its initial release, BTS's "Home" has surprisingly ascended to the No. 1 spot on Billboard's World Digital Song Sales chart. This achievement, announced on July 2, 2025, marks the group's 38th No. 1 on this chart, extending their record as the act with the most No. 1s.

"Home" initially debuted on the World Digital Song Sales chart in April 2019. While the song has been a consistent fan favorite since its release as part of the "MAP OF THE SOUL: PERSONA" album, it had never reached the summit until now. The track finally reached the top spot seven weeks into its lifespan on the chart.

This milestone also signifies BTS's remarkable ten-year streak of topping the chart, from 2016 to 2025, making them the first and only act to achieve this feat. The recent surge in popularity for "Home" is attributed to the septet's first full-group Weverse live since 2022, which took place on July 1, 2025. During the live session, all seven members—RM, Jin, SUGA, j-hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook—connected with fans and shared updates on their future plans. The emotional reunion resonated deeply with fans, sparking a renewed interest in the group's discography.

Despite being on hiatus while fulfilling mandatory military service in South Korea, BTS continues to dominate Billboard's World Albums chart. The band currently holds two spots on the 25-position chart, with their compilation album "Proof" climbing to No. 7 and "Love Yourself: Tear" re-entering at No. 23. Both albums have previously reached No. 1 on the chart, demonstrating their enduring popularity. "Love Yourself: Tear" has spent a total of 208 weeks on the chart, while "Proof" has accumulated 147 weeks.

BTS's continued success on the Billboard charts despite their hiatus highlights the unwavering dedication of their fanbase. ARMYs consistently stream, purchase, and support the group's music, ensuring their presence on various charts week after week. This recent achievement with "Home" further solidifies BTS's legacy as global icons and their continued impact on the music industry. BTS now has thirty-eight chart-toppers on the World Digital Song Sales chart, extending their lead over other K-pop groups; Blackpink has the second-most No. 1s, with nine.
