Mumbai, October 25, 2025 - Veteran Bollywood and television actor Satish Shah, best known for his impeccable comic timing and memorable performances in shows like "Sarabhai vs Sarabhai" and films such as "Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro," has passed away at the age of 74. The actor breathed his last on Saturday, October 25th, in Mumbai.

News of his demise was confirmed by filmmaker Ashoke Pandit, who mourned the loss to the industry. Ramesh Kadatala, Shah's personal assistant for over 30 years, stated that the actor passed away at his residence in Bandra east in the afternoon. While initial reports suggest a possible heart attack, the final reports from the doctor are still awaited to determine the exact cause of death. However, other sources indicate that the actor succumbed to kidney-related issues after being admitted to Hinduja Hospital.
