BTS’ Jimin Cleans His Iconic Mirror Graffiti After 2 Years, J-Hope Can’t Stop Teasing Him
In a nostalgic turn of events, BTS member Jimin recently shared an update on Instagram that has ARMYs worldwide feeling a mix of emotions. On October 28, 2025, Jimin posted a series of photos and a video showing him cleaning his iconic graffiti from the mirror of HYBE's practice room. The graffiti, a colorful and whimsical drawing, had been a fixture in the practice room for two years, created before his military enlistment back in 2023 with the help of fellow member V.
The mirror graffiti wasn't just a random act of artistic expression; it held special meaning for both BTS and their fans. It included a halo-like drawing, a humble joined hands bow, encouraging words, and seven purple hearts. Before the members' military service hiatus, Jimin and V created the drawing and included messages to their fans, such as “Don't worry. I'll [We'll] go to catch you soon,” “Please be healthy, don't fall sick (get hurt), and stay only happily,” and “I love you very much”. The drawing became a familiar backdrop in numerous BTS livestreams and videos, often catching the attention of other groups at the label, who admired the senior stars.
In his Instagram post, Jimin wrote, “Deleting (removing) the graffiti after 2 years,”. The video shows him diligently wiping away the drawing with a towel, with visible effort. After completing the task, he expressed his commitment to working hard in the studio.
Shortly after Jimin's post, J-Hope, known for his playful banter with Jimin, left a comment that sent fans into a frenzy. He wrote, “I need to use the practice room now, so please clean it up thoroughly,” adding a laughing emoji to his message.
J-Hope’s comment quickly went viral, sparking speculation among fans about a potential BTS comeback. Many believe that his remark hints at the group's return to practice, suggesting that new music and choreography might be on the horizon. Some fans have even suggested that the song and choreography are already prepared. "They're starting dance practice... the main single is done...the main title track is done...it has choreo...the album halfway done... they're really coming…," one fan commented.
The removal of the graffiti symbolizes the end of an era and the beginning of a new chapter for BTS. The group is reportedly working on a comeback album, which is expected to be released at the end of March 2026. This album would be their first joint effort in almost six years, since 2020. Furthermore, there are reports circulating about a potential BTS global tour with 65 shows.
The exchange between Jimin and J-Hope has not only excited fans but also highlighted the strong bond between the BTS members. Their playful interaction serves as a reminder of their camaraderie and their shared dedication to their craft. As ARMY eagerly awaits further updates, one thing is clear: BTS is gearing up for something big, and the world is ready.
