Kashmera Shah recently expressed her desire to see Ankita Lokhande and Vicky Jain back on "Laughter Chefs" for its third season. The comedy-based cooking show is returning to Colors TV, and while some familiar faces will be back, others, including Lokhande and Jain, are not currently part of the lineup.
Shah, who is participating in the show with her husband, Krushna Abhishek, shared her sentiments in a recent vlog on her YouTube channel. She revealed feeling emotional upon realizing that Lokhande, Jain, and others from previous seasons would not be joining this time around. She specifically mentioned missing Ankita, referring to her as her "Marathi Murali," and expressed a general longing for other former contestants like Nia Sharma and Sudesh Lehri, considering them as family.
"I am very excited to shoot for the show. However, when I realised that Ankita and Nia are not a part of the show, I got very emotional," Kashmera said in her vlog. "Rahul was my favourite contestant because I formed a very good bond with him, and he is not a part of the show as well... If someone asks me about a wish of mine, I'll say that I want Ankita and Vicky to return to the show".
Fans have resonated with Kashmera's feelings, with many expressing that they, too, miss the presence of Ankita, Vicky, and Nia. Comments on her vlog reflected this sentiment, with viewers appreciating her honesty and agreeing that the show felt incomplete without the previous season's team.
"Laughter Chefs" is known for its blend of humor and cooking challenges, featuring celebrity contestants who engage in both culinary creations and comedic banter. The show's third season promises to be "bigger, crazier, and spicier than before," with the return of Bharti Singh as the host alongside Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi.
While the absence of some past contestants is noted, the new season will feature a mix of returning stars and fresh faces. Confirmed contestants include Karan Kundrra and Tejasswi Prakash, Vivian Dsena and Eisha Singh, and Aly Goni and Jannat Zubair, alongside Krushna Abhishek and Kashmera Shah. The show is expected to premiere on November 22, replacing "Pati Patni Aur Panga".
