However, the viral video is not from a real wedding but a promotional stunt for their upcoming film, "Durlabh Prasad Ki Dusri Shadi". The film is a romantic comedy directed by Siddhant Raj, exploring an unusual marriage scenario. In the film, Mahima Chaudhry plays the second wife of Sanjay Mishra's character.

The makers of the film released a motion poster on Instagram to clarify the confusion, confirming that the wedding attire was connected to the film's storyline. The poster featured Sanjay Mishra holding a photo of Mahima Chaudhry as a bride, with the caption: "Dulhan mil gayi hai, ab tayaar ho jaiye, kyunki baraat nikalne wali hai, aapke nazdeeki ya thode door ke cinemas se (The bride has been found, so get ready, the wedding procession will soon begin, either at your nearby or slightly distant cinemas)".

"Durlabh Prasad Ki Dusri Shadi" tells the story of Durlabh Prasad, a middle-aged man who wishes to remarry after his first wife's death. The film depicts his humorous and emotional journey to a second marriage in Varanasi, with his son deciding to arrange his marriage to Mahima Chaudhry. The film also stars Pravin Singh Sisodia, Abhay Anand Singh, Pallak Lalwani, and Vyom Yadav.

Mahima Chaudhry was previously married to architect Bobby Mukherji from 2006 to 2013, and they have a daughter. Sanjay Mishra has been married twice and has a son from his previous marriage to Roshni Achreja.
