Bollywood actress and singer Shruti Haasan has shared her perspective on Justin Bieber's recent emotional struggles, attributing them to a larger "planetary problem". The Canadian pop icon, now 31, has been in the news not only for his new album "Swag," but also for a series of cryptic and emotional posts on Instagram that have sparked concern among his fans.

In a recent interview on The Ranveer Show podcast with Ranveer Allahabadia (BeerBiceps), Haasan, 39, addressed Bieber's situation with empathy and honesty. When asked about Bieber's music, she admitted she wasn't a fan, stating, "I don't like his music. And I don't know him, so I have no opinion". She recalled being "put off" by his breakout song "Baby," finding it too upbeat for her taste.

Despite not being a fan of his music, Haasan resonated with Bieber's emotional challenges. When Allahabadia pointed out that Bieber "seems to be going through something lately," Haasan agreed. She offered a broader perspective, explaining, "Right now the world is in a very challenging space for everyone. And I feel that everyone is going through a challenging time. It's just that when you put a camera on it, it's more obvious. But I promise you it's not a Justin Bieber thing, it's a planetary problem currently". She suggests that while fame may amplify Bieber's struggles, many individuals are silently facing similar battles.

Haasan also opened up about her own experiences with difficult times and how she navigates them. She shared advice from her father, the legendary actor Kamal Haasan, who consistently tells her, "Don't be afraid of pain, no pain, no gain". She elaborated on this, saying that when faced with a challenge, one should confront it practically without self-harm. "If there is something challenging coming in front of you, face it, take it on. Of course, practically and don't hurt yourself, but no pain, no gain. And you shouldn't be afraid of the challenges," she said.

Haasan's comments offer a message of solidarity, reminding everyone that emotional struggles are a shared human experience and not limited to celebrities. She also emphasizes the importance of facing challenges head-on and not being afraid of pain.

In a separate discussion, Haasan has also spoken about the importance of "intentional healing" when dealing with heartbreak and emotional setbacks. She emphasizes that the first and most important step is to have an honest conversation with oneself. "To choose to heal. Firstly, most of the people are not ready to heal and not ready to talk about it. And the talk can be with a therapist or friends, but the first and the most important conversation happens with yourself. I have seen a lot of times that people are not ready to talk to themselves," she stated.

As Bieber continues to express himself through his music and public presence, many hope his struggles lead to healing. Voices like Shruti Haasan's provide valuable support, reinforcing the notion that emotional battles are a universal part of the human experience.
