The event, which took place in Tirupati, saw Vijay delivering the iconic line in a Rayalaseema accent, much to the delight of his fans.
The dialogue in question is: "Eesari gaani Tirupati Edukondala Yenkanna Saami na yenakundi nannu bathikinchinaada… Saami shaan పెద్దోన్నయ్యి పూడుస్తాను సామి…", originally spoken by Allu Arjun in "Pushpa". Vijay's rendition of the dialogue has gone viral on social media, with fans sharing videos and expressing their excitement.
Vijay himself expressed his hopes, stating that if Venkateswara Swamy blesses him this time, he will reach the top. He also acknowledged the strong friendship he shares with Allu Arjun, mentioning that he often sends Allu Arjun clothes from his Rowdy brand.
"Kingdom" is an action entertainer directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri and produced by Naga Vamsi. Bhagyashri Borse stars as the female lead. The film is slated for release on July 31st.
