Raghav Juyal Shares Shah Rukh Khan's Advice on 'King' Set: Maintain Control and Focus.

Raghav Juyal, the actor and dancer known for his role in The Bads of Bollywood, has shared insights into the guidance he received from Shah Rukh Khan (SRK) while working on the upcoming film King. Juyal, who is also set to star in a Telugu action drama The Paradise* alongside Nani, spoke about the profound impact SRK's advice had on him, both professionally and personally.

According to Juyal, Shah Rukh Khan advised him against being a "loose cannon," emphasizing the responsibilities that come with fame and a public profile. Juyal recalled SRK's words, "You cannot be a loose cannon anymore… Raghav, you're going places, but no matter what, don't romanticize this idea of being raw and brutally honest. You have to keep yourself in check". SRK's message highlighted the importance of being mindful of one's words and actions, considering the potential impact on others.

Juyal elaborated on SRK's perspective, noting that a star's actions affect the livelihoods of many, including crew members, light men, and camera operators. SRK stressed that with hundreds of people depending on him, it's crucial to be aware of the potential consequences of one's statements. He advised Juyal to be conscious of his speech to avoid causing damage to those around him.

Juyal considers SRK a mentor and teacher, observing his incredible work ethic and dedication. He noted that SRK is willing to work long hours, move lights, and handle heavy equipment, displaying a humility and commitment that impressed Juyal. "He works like a 'mazdoor' (laborer), and that's something everyone should learn from him,” Juyal said. He also praised SRK's lack of insecurities and his genuine care for others on set. Juyal recounted an instance where SRK kissed him on the forehead after a good take and said, "Very good, beta," a gesture that meant the world to him.

Juyal's role in King came about after SRK recognized his work in The Bads of Bollywood, a series produced by SRK's Red Chillies Entertainment. Juyal played Parvaiz in the series, which marked Aryan Khan's directorial debut. SRK's appreciation for Juyal's performance led to the offer of a "big role" in King*, a gesture for which Juyal expressed immense gratitude.

King, directed by Siddharth Anand, is scheduled for release in 2026 and features Shah Rukh Khan and his daughter Suhana Khan in leading roles. The film reportedly includes a star-studded cast with potential appearances by Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Rani Mukerji, Arshad Warsi, and Anil Kapoor. The storyline is being kept under wraps, but reports suggest that SRK will play a powerful assassin with Suhana portraying his trainee. Both actors have undergone intense physical training for their roles. Raghav Juyal and Saurabh Shukla are also said to play pivotal roles in the film.
