Hailey Bieber Postpones Botox Until 30s, Embraces Natural Skincare Solutions and Treatments for Youthful Skin

Hailey Bieber, the 28-year-old model and founder of Rhode skincare, has recently opened up about her skincare philosophy, emphasizing a preference for natural treatments and revealing her decision to avoid Botox until her 30s. In an appearance on Owen Thiele's "In Your Dreams" podcast on October 24, 2025, Bieber discussed her skincare routine and addressed rumors about cosmetic surgery.

Bieber stated that she does not use Botox on her face for cosmetic reasons, except for in her jaw to treat temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ). TMJ is a condition that causes pain and tension in the jaw. Botox injections can help relax the jaw muscles, reducing these symptoms. She has made a "commitment" to herself to hold off on cosmetic Botox until she reaches her 30s, at which point she will re-evaluate her decision. This choice reflects a thoughtful approach to aging and beauty, as well as a desire to maintain a natural look.

Instead of Botox, Bieber relies on a consistent skincare routine and alternative treatments to maintain her glowing complexion. She emphasizes the importance of diligence in her skincare regimen, incorporating products from her own brand, Rhode, alongside well-known dermatological brands such as Avène, BeautyStat, EltaMD, Cosrx, and Naturium.

Bieber also revealed her affinity for treatments that utilize the body's own resources to rejuvenate the skin. She is a fan of Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) combined with microneedling, a procedure where a person's blood is drawn, spun to concentrate the platelets, and then reapplied to the skin using microneedling. She also utilizes Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) injections, also known as EZ Gel treatments. This involves heating and cooling the blood until it becomes gel-like and then injecting it into areas such as smile lines or under the eyes. Because these treatments use substances from her own body, Bieber says she trusts them more than other injectables. She also gets "light little lasers" a few times a year.

Hailey credits her mother, Kennya Baldwin, as her biggest inspiration for embracing a natural approach to beauty. She noted that her mother does nothing to her skin and "looks insane," motivating her to prioritize consistent skincare over cosmetic shortcuts.

Bieber's transparency about her skincare choices contributes to a broader conversation about authenticity in the beauty industry. By sharing her personal commitment to natural practices, she challenges unrealistic beauty standards often perpetuated in the media. Her stance empowers fans to make their own choices without feeling pressured to pursue drastic measures. This aligns with her brand, Rhode, promoting skin health from within.

In the past, Bieber has refuted claims of having undergone cosmetic surgery, maintaining that her features are natural. She has addressed allegations of using edited photos as evidence.
