Ravi Kishan Hails Vihaan Kohli as the 'Young Tom Cruise' at Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain Trailer Launch

At the trailer launch event for "Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain! Fun On The Run," actor Ravi Kishan lauded Vihaan Kohli, the film's co-producer, for his exceptional planning skills, comparing him to a "young Tom Cruise". The trailer was released on January 16, 2026, marking a celebratory moment for fans of the popular Indian comedy series as it transitions to the big screen. The film is scheduled to release in theaters on February 6, 2026.

Kishan, who also stars in the film, commended Kohli's meticulous approach to the production schedule. He highlighted Kohli's attention to detail, from setting early morning wake-up calls to precisely planning departure times. Kishan, with experience in approximately 750 films, emphasized the rarity of such well-organized schedules in the industry.

Vihaan Kohli, reflecting on his first experience as a co-producer, expressed gratitude to the cast and crew for their support and understanding throughout the production. He acknowledged the team's passion, which he believes makes the film special.

"Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain! Fun On The Run" brings the beloved characters from the television show to a cinematic adventure. The film features Shubhangi Atre as Angoori Bhabi, Rohitashv Gour as Manmohan Tiwari, and Aasif Sheikh as Vibhuti Narayan Mishra, along with Vidisha Srivastava as Anita Bhabi. Ravi Kishan and Mukesh Mishra join the cast as Shanti and Kranti, respectively. Brijendra Kala also adds his talents to the film.

The movie is produced by Sanjay Kohli and Binaiferr Kohli under Edit II Productions, with Vihaan Kohli as co-producer, in association with Zee Studios. Shashank Bali, a writer for the television series, directs the film and co-wrote the script with Raghuvir Shekhawat and Sanjay Kohli.

The trailer offers a glimpse into the film's comedic and chaotic plot, with the signature humor of the television series. The story shifts to Rishikesh, where the characters find themselves in new comic situations. The trailer also introduces a surprising horror twist, with Angoori Bhabi seemingly getting possessed. Ravi Kishan's character develops feelings for Angoori Bhabi, leading to a forced marriage scenario.

Vihaan Kohli has a diverse background, including being a child actor in shows like "F.I.R.". He has also worked as an assistant director in the Hrithik Roshan-starrer "Fighter". Kohli is currently the head of content at Edit II.

Despite a compressed shooting schedule of under 20 days and a modest budget, Vihaan Kohli aimed to maintain a high level of visual appeal in the film. The team faced challenges during production, including weather disruptions and a near accident involving Ravi Kishan. However, Kohli credited the team's commitment for overcoming these obstacles.
