Goa, November 22, 2025 - The International Film Festival of India (IFFI) 2025 is currently underway in Goa, and the cast and crew of the highly anticipated series, "The Family Man 3," have graced the festival with their presence. The event has generated considerable excitement among fans and industry insiders alike.
Manoj Bajpayee, the lead actor known for his compelling portrayal of Srikant Tiwari, was present at IFFI 2025. Bajpayee shared his thoughts on the upcoming season and the relatable nature of his character. "Srikant Tiwari's character has become relatable because he embodies the struggles of the common man," Bajpayee stated. "He is trying to balance his responsibilities to his family and his duty to the nation, often finding himself in hilarious and challenging situations." He emphasized that the show's writers have successfully captured the essence of everyday life, making Srikant a reflection of the audience.
The new season of "The Family Man" introduces Jaideep Ahlawat and Nimrat Kaur alongside Sharib Hashmi, Priyamani, and Shreya Dhanwanthary. The trailer for Season 3 shows a tense moment where Srikant reveals his life as a spy to his son, who remains unconvinced. The season will delve into unrest in North-East India, with Ahlawat playing a key role in the region's drug trade, while Kaur's character is on a mission to find an expert in the North-East. Srikant finds himself under investigation and on the run with his family as the stakes rise.

The festival is showcasing 270 films from 84 countries. The opening night featured the screening of "The Blue Trail," a Brazilian film that won the Grand Jury Prize at Berlinale 2025.
Manoj Bajpayee has expressed a special connection with IFFI, considering the festival a "lucky charm". He also presented his film 'Despatch' at the festival, a crime thriller premiering on ZEE5 on December 13.
The premiere of Farhan Akhtar's "120 Bahadur" also took place at IFFI 2025. Akhtar shared the challenges of filming in demanding locations and his pride in being part of the festival.
