Shehbaz Badesha Reveals Disappointment Over Father's Bigg Boss Visit, Yearning for Sister Shehnaaz's Presence Instead.

Shehbaz Badesha, recently evicted from Bigg Boss 19, has admitted to experiencing unhappiness when his father, Santokh Singh Sukh, entered the house during the family week. In an exclusive interview, Shehbaz revealed that he had wished his sister, Shehnaaz Gill, would have been the one to visit him instead.

"I wanted Shehnaaz to come and guide me about the game. I love Shehnaaz a lot," Shehbaz stated. He elaborated on his reasoning, expressing concerns that his father's lack of familiarity with the intricacies of the show might inadvertently weaken his game. "I felt that if my father came, it might affect my game because he didn't know much about what was happening inside, and he might say something unknowingly that would weaken my game. So I really wished Shehnaaz had come," he explained.

Santokh Singh Sukh's appearance on Bigg Boss 19 wasn't his first brush with the reality show. He had previously appeared on Bigg Boss 13 to support Shehnaaz Gill, who became a nationwide sensation. While his previous appearance was well-received, his entry into Bigg Boss 19 stirred mixed reactions. Some viewers questioned the necessity of his presence, while others speculated about his intentions.

Shehbaz, known for his entertaining personality and close bond with fellow contestant Amaal Mallik, had a journey filled with both camaraderie and conflict. His eviction, which came as a surprise to many, occurred just days before the grand finale.

Shortly after Shehbaz's eviction, Shehnaaz Gill posted a heartfelt message on Instagram, praising her brother's performance. Shehnaaz shared playful photos with Shehbaz and Giorgia Andriani, captioning the post with: “Well played @badeshashehbaz… U r the winner to me".

Shehbaz has been open about his financial dependence on Shehnaaz, addressing the "behen ki kamaai pe palnewala" [one who lives on sister's earnings] tag. In an interview with SCREEN, Shehbaz stated, "As far as this 'behen ki kamaai par palnewala' tag is concerned, main Shehnaaz ki kamai khaate rahunga, tension nahi hai (I will continue to take money from Shehnaaz; there is no stress there)". He also defended his decision to speak about Shehnaaz and the late Sidharth Shukla on the show, dismissing accusations that he was doing so to gain votes.

Reflecting on his relationships within the Bigg Boss 19 house, Shehbaz deemed Tanya Mittal "fake" and labelled Gaurav Khanna the "mastermind" of the season. He expressed his intention to cut ties with certain contestants after the show. He clarified that his bond with Amaal Mallik remained strong, despite accusations that he was overshadowed by the music composer. Shehbaz has stated that Amaal should win Bigg Boss 19.

The Bigg Boss 19 finale is set to air on December 7.
