Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2
Kapil Sharma is back to tickle your funny bone in Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2, a sequel to the hit 2015 comedy. Directed by Anukalp Goswami, this film promises a dose of "masti, madness, and a whole lot of confusion". Sharma reprises his role, navigating the complexities of love and relationships with his signature comedic style.
The story revolves around Mohan Sharma, whose quest for love takes a hilarious turn when he falls for Saniya Mirza. However, fate has other plans, leading to a series of unexpected marriages. The film features an ensemble cast, including Manjot Singh, Tridha Choudhury, Parul Gulati, Hina Warina, and Ayesha Khan. Produced by Ratan Jain, Ganesh Jain, and Abbas-Mustan, Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 is set to deliver a laughter riot. The music is composed by Yo Yo Honey Singh, Yug Bhusal, Parikshit and Nishadh Yusuf. If you're in the mood for a lighthearted comedy, this film is definitely one to watch out for.
Vaa Vaathiyaar
For those craving action and a tribute to classic masala films, Vaa Vaathiyaar is the perfect choice. Directed by Nalan Kumarasamy, this action-comedy stars Karthi and Krithi Shetty in the lead roles. Karthi plays a character who is an ardent MGR fan and a police officer. The film also features Sathyaraj, Rajkiran, Anandaraj, Shilpa Manjunath, Karunakaran, G. M. Sundar, Ramesh Thilak, Nivas Adithan, and P. L. Thenappan in pivotal roles.
Vaa Vaathiyaar is Karthi's first release after Meiyazhagan, raising expectations for another major hit. The film's music is composed by Santhosh Narayanan, adding to the anticipation. According to Karthi, working on Vaa Vaathiyaar was a "risky subject" akin to "walking on a sword," but he also describes it as a "fun and entertaining film" that pays homage to classic Indian masala movies.
Initially slated for release on December 5, the film was postponed due to technical and scheduling reasons but is now set to premiere on December 12, coinciding with Rajinikanth's birthday. Santhosh Narayanan composed the music, and the audio rights were acquired by Think Music India. The first single "Uyir Pathikaama" was released on February 14, 2025, followed by "Aalapikkey Ummak" on November 27, 2025, and "Mu Dha La Li" on December 2, 2025.
With its blend of action, comedy, and a unique storyline, Vaa Vaathiyaar promises to be a memorable cinematic experience.
