After six years of dating, Arjun Rampal has confirmed his engagement to fashion designer Gabriella Demetriades. The actor, currently enjoying the success of his film Dhurandhar, revealed the news during a conversation on Rhea Chakraborty's podcast, Chapter 2.
In a teaser clip shared by Chakraborty on Instagram on December 13, 2025, Gabriella playfully stated, "We're not married now, but who knows?". Arjun then responded by saying, "We are engaged! We just broke it on your show". The full episode is slated to release on December 14, 2025.
Rampal and Demetriades have been together since 2019 and have two sons, Arik, born in 2019, and Ariv, born in 2023. Arjun was previously married to Mehr Jesia, with whom he has two daughters, Mahikaa and Myra.
In 2024, Rampal spoke about marriage with Gabriella, stating, “It's not about me, it's not about her, what is marriage? It's merely a piece of paper. I believe we are already married, and there's no doubt in my mind". He further added, "In both our minds, we are married to each other... I have two beautiful boys with her. I am blessed. My daughters and her (Gabriella) get along beautifully. Mehr and her (Gabriella) get along".
During the podcast, Gabriella reflected on how parenthood has changed her perspective on love. "Your love comes with conditions. It's like, if a person behaves a certain way, then they get my approval or love. But when you have a child, you can't do that, right?".
Adding a humorous touch to the conversation, Gabriella shared that she didn't approach Arjun because of his looks and hoped he hadn't done the same. Arjun responded, "No, no. I went after her because she was hot, then I realised there is a little more to it than just the hotness".
Arjun's recent film, Dhurandhar, where he plays Major Iqbal, was released on December 5 and is reportedly set to cross ₹300 crore at the box office.
The couple recently responded playfully to a social media post that admired their relationship. The post featured a collage of their moments together with the caption, "Ain't no way bro pulled a 10/10 baddie like her." Gabriella responded, "Bro himself a baddie," while Arjun added, "Too many baddies out here. So much love ❤️ now don't start a fight".
