The reality show "Rise and Fall" is currently witnessing heightened drama as the finale approaches, with contestants clashing over strategies and personal opinions. One such argument recently erupted between Dhanashree Verma and Arjun Bijlani during a discussion about which of the "workers" was the most deceitful.
The incident occurred when the "rulers" – Dhanashree, Arjun, and Arbaz Patel – had to unanimously agree on a name from the "workers" for each question card to increase the penthouse prize pot. One card posed the question: "According to the rulers, who is the most deceitful worker?". Arjun nominated Aditya Narayan, stating that Aditya had done something unexpected that prevented someone from becoming the ultimate ruler and cost someone else their ticket to the finale.
Dhanashree responded by saying that Aditya's actions were a strategy. Arjun countered that every act of deception is a strategy and that the biggest deception on the show had been committed. Dhanashree calmly stated that Aditya hadn't done it yet, and Arbaz agreed with her. Dhanashree then mentioned Aditya and Akriti Negi's names, which annoyed Arjun, who told them not to discuss it amongst themselves because it was an individual game. Dhanashree, raising her voice, retorted, "For me, both are equal; both have been deceitful in the challenges". This is when Dhanashree said, "Mere liye dono equal hai, dono ne dhokebazzi ki hai challenges meh," which translates to "'Both have deceived me in challenges'". The argument escalated, but they eventually agreed to write Aditya's name.
Besides this argument, Dhanashree has also been in the news for her emotional revelations about her divorce from cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal. She confided in Arjun about noticing changes in Yuzvendra's behavior after their engagement. She clarified that the divorce was her decision and that she doesn't regret it. Arjun consoled her during the emotional conversation. Arjun has also been seen referring to Dhanashree as "Ex-Bhabhi" in a playful manner, explaining that it's because Yuzvendra Chahal calls him "bhaiya".
The show has also seen other conflicts, including one between Akriti Negi and Arjun Bijlani, where Akriti showed Arjun a middle finger. This led to a heated argument and Akriti briefly leaving the set.
