Following Zubeen Garg, Popular Punjabi Singer Harman Sidhu Dies: Investigation Unveils the Cause of Untimely Demise.

The Punjabi music industry is in mourning following the death of Harman Sidhu, a popular singer, in a tragic road accident. The 37-year-old artist passed away on the night of Friday, November 21, 2025, when his car collided with a truck on the Mansa-Patiala road in Punjab, India.

According to reports, Sidhu was traveling from Mansa to his native village, Khiala, when the accident occurred. The collision was so severe that his vehicle was completely destroyed, and he died on the spot. Police have launched an investigation into the incident. His body was taken to the Mansa Civil Hospital for a post-mortem examination.

Harman Sidhu was a well-known figure in the Punjabi music scene, having gained popularity with his hit song "Paper Te Pyaar," a duet with Miss Pooja. He had several other popular songs, including "Mela", "Kheti", "Mobile", "Pai Gaya Pyar", "Sari Raat Parhdi", "Thakevan Jattan Da", and "Pind". At the time of his death, Sidhu was reportedly preparing for a comeback, having recently completed shooting two new songs slated for release by the end of 2025.

Sidhu is survived by his wife and young daughter. His family had previously lost his father a year and a half ago.

The news of Harman Sidhu's untimely death comes shortly after the death of Assamese singer Zubeen Garg. Garg, 52, passed away in Singapore on September 19, 2025, following a scuba diving accident. Initial reports suggested that Garg died from injuries sustained during the accident. However, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma later clarified that the singer passed away while swimming without a life jacket.

Garg's death was attributed to drowning, according to the Singapore High Commission's death certificate. It was also noted that Garg had experienced seizure attacks in the past. Composer Anu Malik revealed that Garg had confided in him about experiencing sudden blackouts.

Zubeen Garg was a prominent figure in the music industry, known for his hit song "Ya Ali" from the Bollywood film Gangster. His death prompted a three-day state mourning in Assam.

The passing of both Harman Sidhu and Zubeen Garg marks a significant loss for the music industry.
