Dharmendra, the iconic Bollywood superstar, has passed away at the age of 89. The veteran actor breathed his last in Mumbai on Monday, November 24, 2025, due to age-related ailments. News of his demise has plunged the Indian film industry and his countless fans into deep mourning.

Born Dharam Singh Deol in 1935 in Dango, Punjab, Dharmendra's journey to stardom began with winning a Filmfare talent hunt, which paved his way into the Hindi film industry. Dharmendra's career spanned several decades, during which he delivered memorable performances in a wide range of genres.
