Bhatt, in an exclusive interview, revealed that while she respected Salman Khan, his repeated reprimands during the show often left her feeling dejected. She acknowledged that her "harsh language" and "uncontrollable rage" during fights were often the reasons for the scolding, but admitted that it was hard to hear. "It's never easy to be called out on national television," she stated. "Especially when it comes from someone you admire and respect."
Despite the tough moments, Bhatt emphasized that she took the criticism in stride and tried to learn from it. "I am a reactive person," she confessed. "But I also believe in self-improvement. So, I tried to understand where Salman sir was coming from and work on my shortcomings."

In an interview with India Forums, she called Khanna a "non-deserving winner" because of his perceived lack of contribution to the show, adding that he "played too safely" and "demeaned housemates". She reiterated this sentiment in other interviews, saying, "I don't really think so because he never did anything in Bigg Boss. Not even one thing he has done makes him look like a winner". However, she also acknowledged Khanna's strong television audience, which may have contributed to his victory.
Despite missing out on the trophy, Bhatt believes she won the hearts of the audience. "Meri nazar trophy pe kabhi thi hi nai, Gaurav Khanna ne trophy jeeta toh maine dil jeete hai (I never had my eyes on the trophy. Gaurav Khanna won the trophy but I have won hearts)," she told reporters. Social media has been abuzz with support for Bhatt, with many fans declaring her the "real winner" of Bigg Boss 19. Some fans criticized Salman Khan for allegedly taunting Bhatt during the winner announcement and not acknowledging her enough.
