The K-pop group ENHYPEN is set to kick off the new year with a comeback in mid-January 2026. Belift Lab, the group's agency, officially announced the news on December 1, 2025, confirming that ENHYPEN will be releasing a new album.
This upcoming release marks ENHYPEN's first Korean comeback in approximately seven months, following the debut of their sixth mini-album, "DESIRE: UNLEASH," on June 5, 2025. The seven-member group, composed of Jungwon, Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, and Ni-ki, had previously hinted at the comeback during their "Walk the Line: Final" concert in Seoul on October 26, 2025, where they shared their work on "an album that's truly incredible".
While the official date was initially vague, it has been reported that ENHYPEN will make their comeback on January 16, 2026.
ENHYPEN has experienced significant success, with their previous release, "DESIRE: UNLEASH," achieving double-million seller status. The mini album topped the iTunes Top Albums chart in 12 regions and also dominated Oricon's Daily and Weekly Album Rankings. It debuted on the Billboard 200 at No. 3 and remained on the chart for five weeks. The focus track "Bad Desire (With or Without You)" also earned the group first place on Korean television music chart shows three times.
The group's achievements aren't limited to their recent releases. Their album "Romance: Untold" surpassed three million copies sold, and its repackage edition set records with 1.4 million copies sold in its first week, marking the highest first-week sales for a K-pop repackage album at the time.
2025 has been a year of milestones for ENHYPEN. They performed at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in April, making history as a fourth-generation K-pop boy group to perform there. They were also among the top five most mentioned artists on social media during the event. Their world tour drew approximately 676,000 attendees before its conclusion in October. Additionally, ENHYPEN received three awards at the 2025 MAMA Awards, including the "Visa Fans' Choice of the Year" Daesang.
ENHYPEN also celebrated their 5th anniversary on November 30, 2025, commemorating their debut on November 30, 2020. The group took home the "Fans' Choice of the Year" award at the 2025 MAMA Awards, a testament to their global fanbase. It was also reported that ENHYPEN's cumulative album sales have surpassed 20 million copies.
Before their comeback, ENHYPEN is scheduled to appear on the red carpet at the SBS Gayo Daejeon on December 25, 2025. Fans are eagerly awaiting their return, with many expressing their excitement on social media.
