The reality TV star and fitness trainer is accused of utilizing fraudulent documents to sell the same commercial property to multiple buyers, resulting in substantial financial losses for those purchasers.

Dudhane's arrest occurred on December 4th and has garnered significant attention due to his background in reality television and his recent marriage to social media influencer Harshala Patil on December 24, 2025. Photos from the wedding, which took place in Thane following traditional Maharashtrian customs, had recently gone viral.

According to reports, the fraud case involves the misrepresentation of documents during repeated sales agreements. Police reports indicate that Dudhane allegedly sold the same shop to multiple people, causing major financial losses. Investigators are currently scrutinizing records and statements related to the property deals that have transpired over the past several months in Maharashtra.

In addition to Jay Dudhane, members of his family have also been questioned as part of the ongoing investigation. Authorities have confirmed that his mother, sister, grandmother, and grandfather have been called in for questioning, though it remains unclear whether they will face charges.

Dudhane, a Thane resident, is known as a fitness trainer, athlete, model, and actor. He owns a gym called "Fiternal by Jay Dudhane". He gained prominence as the first runner-up on Bigg Boss Marathi Season 3. He also appeared on Splitsvilla 13.

The Thane Police are continuing their investigation, verifying financial records and gathering further details to ascertain the full extent of the alleged fraud and the involvement of all parties concerned. The case came to light following complaints from buyers who discovered the overlapping sales.
