The upcoming pan-Indian film tentatively titled "AA22 x A6," directed by Atlee and starring Allu Arjun, is generating buzz with unconfirmed reports of Tiger Shroff potentially joining the cast. According to NTV Telugu, Shroff may appear in scenes designed to amplify the film's pan-Indian appeal, adding his unique action style to the project.

"AA22 x A6," officially announced on Allu Arjun's birthday in April 2025, marks his first collaboration with Atlee, known for directing hits like "Jawan". The film is produced by Kalanithi Maran under the Sun Pictures banner.

The film has a stellar cast. Deepika Padukone is confirmed in a central role and is reportedly preparing for filming later this year. Other actresses, including Janhvi Kapoor, Mrunal Thakur, and Rashmika Mandanna, are rumored to be in significant roles. Yogi Babu is also said to be part of the ensemble.

Atlee has stated that he aims to deliver a previously unseen cinematic experience with "AA22 x A6". The film is slated to be a sci-fi action entertainer, with Allu Arjun in the lead. Initial reports suggest the movie will be set in a parallel universe and might feature Allu Arjun in a double role.

To ensure a world-class visual experience, the production team is collaborating with renowned Hollywood technicians, including Academy Award winner Justin Raleigh, William Wright Anderson, and VFX supervisor James Madigan. Atlee's remuneration for "AA22 x A6" is reportedly ₹100 crore, a significant increase from his "Jawan" salary.

"AA22 x A6" is expected to be one of the most expensive Indian films ever made, with a reported budget exceeding ₹800 crore, including production and VFX costs. The film is scheduled to release in theaters on November 20, 2026.
