The Telugu film Euphoria, starring Sara Arjun and Bhumika Chawla, is slated to release in theaters on February 6, 2026. The release date was revealed at the trailer launch event held in Hyderabad. Directed by Gunashekhar and produced by Ragini Guna, this youthful social drama promises to tackle relevant societal issues, including drug abuse, sexual violence against women, rising crime rates, and the POCSO Act. Kala Bhairava has composed the music for the film.
Euphoria features an ensemble cast, including Gautham Menon and Nassar, Rohith and Vignesh Gavireddy. The film will be available in multiple languages.
The movie tells the story of a young girl with aspirations of becoming a civil servant. Bhumika Chawla plays an ambitious and hardworking school principal, whose dedication to her work has strained her personal life, particularly her relationship with her son. Gautham Vasudev Menon plays a law enforcement officer.
Euphoria marks Bhumika Chawla's return to Telugu cinema after starring in iconic Telugu films in the early 2000s, such as Kushi, Naa Autograph, and Missamma. This film also marks her second collaboration with director Gunashekhar, after Okkadu. For Sara Arjun, Euphoria was a project she committed to before Dhurandhar.
Sara Arjun made her Bollywood debut in Dhurandhar alongside Ranveer Singh and Akshaye Khanna. Dhurandhar part 2 is set to release on March 19, and Sara may reprise her role as the daughter of Pakistani politician Jameel Jamali.
