Sameer, known for his collaboration with composer Himesh Reshammiya, has described the film's songs as "blockbusters". In a recent interview, Sameer mentioned that he penned 5-6 songs for the film with Himesh.

This isn't the first time Sameer and Himesh have teamed up for a Salman Khan film. Their previous work in Tere Naam is still remembered for its emotionally resonant music. The duo's successful history has naturally led to heightened expectations for Battle of Galwan.

Battle of Galwan is a war film, which typically features patriotic anthems or situational tracks that complement the narrative. The setting of a real-life conflict limits the scope for traditional romantic or mass-appealing song numbers. However, Sameer's claim of "blockbuster songs" has added intrigue to the project.

Currently, Salman Khan is in Ladakh filming Battle of Galwan. Makers are prioritizing the film's climax. The film's team is filming a direct combat sequence in Leh, complete with spiked weapons.

Salman Khan will be portraying an army officer in Battle of Galwan. Chitrangda Singh also stars in the film, which is directed by Apoorva Lakhia. The film is based on the life of martyr Colonel Santosh Babu and the Galwan Valley clash. Battle of Galwan is slated for release in 2026.
