Country singer Karley Scott Collins has refuted rumors linking her romantically to Keith Urban following his recent divorce from Nicole Kidman. The 26-year-old rising country star took to social media to address the speculation, labeling the reports as "absolutely ridiculous and untrue".
The rumors surfaced after Urban, 58, and Kidman, 58, finalized their divorce in early January 2026 after 19 years of marriage. The divorce settlement, filed on January 6, stipulated that both parties would waive spousal and child support rights for their daughters, Faith, 15, and Sunday, 17. The daughters will primarily reside with Kidman, while both parents are expected to maintain a "loving, stable, consistent and nurturing relationship" with them.
Collins, a Nashville-based singer-songwriter signed to Sony Music Nashville, responded to the rumors via her Instagram Stories on January 18. She shared a screenshot of an article with the headline "Keith Urban moved in with Karley Scott Collins? Fresh speculation amid divorce," and added her own commentary, stating, "Y'all, this is absolutely RIDICULOUS and untrue," accompanied by a laughing emoji.
Collins opened for Urban on his 2025 High and Alive World Tour. She has released a number of songs, including "I Used To Love Him," "Madman," and "Quit You," and also appeared in ABC's "Once Upon a Time". In October 2025, Collins wished Urban a happy birthday on Instagram, expressing gratitude for the time spent on tour and noting that she felt lucky to call him a friend.
This isn't the first time Urban has been linked to other musicians following his separation from Kidman. He was previously rumored to be dating guitarist Maggie Baugh, who joined him on tour. However, those rumors were never confirmed.
Urban and Kidman's divorce was finalized after they had been living separately since the summer of 2025. Kidman reportedly filed for divorce in September 2025, citing "irreconcilable differences". Sources indicated that Kidman had been trying to save the marriage and was devastated by the split.
Despite the end of their marriage, Urban and Kidman are reportedly committed to prioritizing their daughters. A source told People that the daughters spend as much time as they want with Urban and that there is no drama.
Urban has not yet commented on the rumors linking him to Collins. Representatives for Urban and Collins have not responded to requests for comment.
